Japan Unleashes Baby Robot

For those warm fuzzy types that just can’t get enough of the youngsters, Japan has recently come out with a robot baby.

While empty nesters could potentially be a target of this new product, called Yotaro, those involved with the project at Tsukuba University's robotics and behavioral sciences lab north of Tokyo talk about the robot as a tool to teach students parenting skills.

The robot baby can cry, laugh, sleep, smile and sneeze. Details about diaper-related functionality were unavailable as of this posting.
