Data Robotics Expands Online Reach to Europe

In a bid to expand its online reach to a new generation of customers and to help boost their sales, Data Robotics has announced online Drobo Store in Europe.

 

Drobo storage from Data Robotics provides protection of traditional RAID without the complexity while the company’s BeyondRAID technology provides features such as single and dual disk redundancy, instant expansion, self-monitoring, data awareness, self-healing and an easy-to-understand visual status and alert panel.

 

Officially launched in November, the online store is now in Bulgaria, Cyprus, Czech Republic, Estonia, Greece, Hungary, Latvia, Lithuania, Romania, Slovakia, Slovenia, Denmark, Luxembourg, Malta and Portugal.

 

Mike Collins, EMEA channel director at Data Robotics said, “In little more than two years, more than 100,000 Data Robotics products have been sold around the world. Expanding the reach of the online Drobo Store was the quickest and most efficient way to meet the needs of this market. The Drobo Store will allow customers to get immediate access to the Data Robotics products they want.”

 

The company also recently announced that it successfully shipped 100,000 units of its award-winning Drobo line of data storage arrays to its customers. Also, Data Robotics introduced three new Drobo products: Drobo S, DroboPro, and DroboElite.
