Robotics -Health Robotics Renews Contract with Tosho

Health Robotics has reportedly signed a contract renewal of the CytoCare and i.v.STATION exclusive distribution agreements with Tosho Inc. The agreement between the two companies also includes cooperation between them in the Pharmacy Automation field.

This agreement is a part of Health Robotics’ plan to infuse more competency and seriousness in its operations all over the world. The company said that it has been trying to partner with serious and competent companies to improve its operations.

The renewal of the CytoCare and i.v.STATION exclusive distribution agreements spans for five years. Also, the agreement to include future joint development projects includes various fields such as Radiopharmaceuticals. TOSHO has announced that the company will use one year of the agreement to Health Robotics' technology, as well as its senior executives. Both the companies have taken steps to expand their presence in regions such as South East Asia, Oceania, China, and Latin America.

“TOSHO is a model partner for Health Robotics to seek additional partners in other regions of the world, as we continue to expand our global presence: highly-competent and experienced senior executives, large pharmacy automation footprint, company stability, world-class engineering support, and complementary oral medication automation technologies,” Werner Rainer, Health Robotics' CEO, said in a statement.

This agreement is expected to provide a major boost in the quality of companies and individuals charted with local support for the robots of Health Robotics. Some of the company’s CytoCare American customers have been affected by poor local customer support and this has resulted in the termination of the contract. The company plans to resume such contracts with this agreement with Tosho.

Recently, the company announced that apropos to the official declaration of its strategic partnership with McKesson for CytoCare robots only, all of its 13 North American customers have provided 100 percent rock solid support and encouraging testimonials to back its all round professionalism and product reliability. CytoCare is a complex and revolutionary technology that requires highly-skilled engineers and a sizeable service commitment.
