NORMAN, Nov 06, 2009 (The Oklahoman - McClatchy-Tribune Information Services via COMTEX) -- The University of Oklahoma received about $10 million in stimulus funds from three federal agencies in the first quarter of this fiscal year for research based on the Norman campus.
